Pendragon DVD delayed!

I’m afraid I am the bearer of bad news, namely that……. The DVD/Blu Ray has now been delayed till….gulp, there is no way I can soften this…..September!

Ok, that’s the bad news over, and now the good news, but we will get our copies before anybody else so will be able to ship them to you before anyone else gets them, possibly 4 weeks before….well that’s sort of good news!

It’s got to the point now where we are MORE than happy to offer you a full refund, and I can understand it if you’re getting pretty angry about this, heck you’ve paid for it after all!

But I kinda hope you’ll stick with us on this one and put it down to a one off bad Pendragon purchasing experience [well, hopefully there haven't /won't be any other bad ones!].

I know this is a huge drag for you all and I will explain what has happened. Because this is the first time Metal Mind have made a Blu Ray they went to a new authoring studio to author both the DVD and the Blu Ray. However, after messing around, changing their coding method and generally trying everything under the sun to get it sorted….the new studio haven’t been able to get it right and alleviate all the problems.

So Metal Mind made the bold decision to up roots and head straight back to the old studio …who have done dozens of dvds for them in the past. You might say why didn’t they go there earlier…. but, they were in too deep by then. Anyone who has taken their car in for repair for a spark plug only to end up changing the freakin’ engine knows what I’m saying, right guys?

Occasionally one comes across one of these manufacturing turd in the punchbowl type nightmares, and there is nothing we can do about it, it’s got to the mad laughing stage to be honest, we’re way past getting stressed about it, BUT I DO NOT want you guys to go away feeling ripped off/shortchanged/violated/abused in any way, so if you do want your refund, just let us know (see below)

I can’t quite bring myself to say………so let’s all be hopeful and cheerful with fingers crossed blah blah blah

Nope, let’s wait…. like a crocodile that lies in wait for a passing unsuspecting buffalo….. quiet, composed and coiled like a spring, but ready to leap into the air salmon-like to claim the prize and finally bag the prey………this freakin, pain in the ass dvd………….. or Blu Ray, as is your want…….
