It has been brought to our attention that some of our subscribers are not receiving their update mails anymore, since we've moved to the new domain. Most of these are people with a hotmail account.

This has to do with new Spam-filters Hotmail has installed, which block out everything that even remotely looks like Spam - including mailinglists.
One of the things you can do to prevent DPRP mails from being blocked out is to add the dprp.net domain to your safe list. (under "contacts" there is a section "save list"). This should do the trick in most cases.

However, unfortunately we are also getting bounces with the message "too many recipients", i.e. a spamfilter that also determines spam by the amount of recipients in a mail. This includes many business accounts from people working at a large corporation.
As we currently have nearly 3000 subscribers on our mailinglist, you can understand how our mails can be mistaken for spam by some filters, however, we have no rights to change the mailinglist script, as it is a service provided by our hosting company.
We are currently trying to get the hosting company to change the mailinglist script and send out the mails in smaller batches, but this may take a while before this takes effect.

We are very sorry for this matter, but I hope you can understand that it is largely beyond our control.

If you wish to participate in our competitions, and were a subscriber before, you need not to worry - you should still be on the subscribers list. If you are unsure, or if you have any questions on the matter, feel free to contact us.
